About Sheri
I’m Sheri Spencer Bachman, founder of Pest Control Business Coach, and I’ve spent over 30 years in the pest control industry—building, leading, and growing a business of my own before stepping into coaching.
I started Spencer Pest Services from the ground up and grew it into a multi-million-dollar company recognized as a PCT Top 100 business. In 2021, I successfully exited the company, and today I use that experience to help other owners build businesses that work—and give them the freedom they’re after.
I work with pest control business owners across the country—primarily in the $1M–$10M range—who are ready to move out of the day-to-day chaos and into true leadership. My focus is helping you align your strategy, your team, and your systems so your business can grow without depending on you for every decision.
As a certified Kolbe Consultant, I also help owners hire and lead based on natural strengths—improving communication, productivity, and overall team performance.
In addition to coaching, I’m a monthly contributor to PMP Magazine and facilitate peer groups in partnership with PCO Bookkeepers, where owners come together to share, learn, and grow.
One of the most meaningful things I’ve created is Pest Control for a Cure, a program I started in honor of my dad’s battle with cancer. It reflects something I believe deeply—businesses can be a force for good beyond just the work they do every day.
At the core of everything I do is a simple belief:
Businesses run better when people are clear, working in their natural strengths, and supported by the right systems.
And on a personal note—because that matters too—I’m a wife to my husband Ray, and together we have four children (including my daughter Laura, who works alongside me) and eight grandchildren who keep life full, busy, and fun.
